Linda McCabe, President and founder of Optimal Level, is a facilitator and business strategist with over twenty-five years in leadership and proven success in business development, sales and mentoring. Her experience in successfully developing both an existing business in one industry and establishing another company from scratch, in a completely different business environment, has contributed to her visionary leadership and expertise in identifying key issues, beaming into the core of challenges, creative problem solving, and collaborative support.
Linda works with business and professional women who want to find life solutions and go from where they are to where they want to be. Monthly forums are held in the evenings at five Chicago locations in a confidential, intimate setting. Optimal Level's purpose is to truly empower women toward improved performance and the achievement of their personal and professional goals at a very high level.
