Who should participate?

Executives, managers, sales people, and administrative staff - women at all levels - will benefit from the Optimal Level® experience. More than one group of 12 members can be created to accommodate various levels of management.

How is each meeting structured?

Each three hour meeting begins with a discussion concerning a brief excerpt from a business or professional skills book that is emailed prior to the meeting. After the discussion, each participant is invited to discuss an issue or goal, receive feedback from the group, and create a “plan of action” to address the issue.

How are the meetings facilitated?

Experienced facilitators, who have a knack for cutting through clutter and efficiently getting to the heart of issues, foster a nurturing environment that allows women to open up and connect.
